I've known Katie for several years, and have seen her interact with people and animals alike with empathy and kindness. She took excellent care of my aunt, taking her to appointments and making sure she was comfortable and always had what she needed at home. Katie is very adaptable and seems to handle any 'game changes' quickly and creatively. Her great sense of humor and sunny outlook are a huge bonus! My aunt loved her. I can't really think of an issue I wouldn't trust Katie to handle intelligently and with great care –– on Balboa Island or anywhere.

He has special diet needs and lots of allergies and she makes sure he is well taken care of. I don't trust many people to watch "my baby" but I 100% trust Katie and appreciate her love for animals and attention to all the important details.
